Brenda conducts Art Classes for adults and children in her studio / gallery area in Historic Downtown DeLand, Florida. The peaceful studio setting on the second floor provides a quiet place to be inspired and to forget day to day cares and distractions. Looking out the windows the view is of clouds and treetops. New members are welcome to join ongoing classes . . . from beginners through advanced levels . . . the class members receive individual attention and are encouraged to develop their own unique style.
Drawing classes are also offered.

Art For Children 
 Basic Drawing Classes include many techniques to enhance the skills and enrich the creative experience of each child starting at age six. We draw from life, including portrait, figure, perspective, and still life (which uses subject matter that children enjoy). Basic drawing skills are taught while encouraging the imagination. At this time classes are once a week Thursdays from 4:15 to 5:15. Also offered is Clay . . . handbuilding . . . from 4:00 to 5:30 Thursdays |
Art For Adults   Painting for adults is a course designed to enhance the skills of each individual student. Whether the student chooses Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Pastel, or any other medium, the emphasis is on developing the natural expression of each student, In each class you will also find a variety of subject matter to suit the individual student. The class member provides their own painting materials. The classes run for five week segments and a student can enroll at any time. Classes are Tuesdays from 9:30 to 12:00 noon or Saturdays from 9:45 to noon. Beginners are encouraged to join as well as experienced painters. Drawing classes also available. |
